These terms govern your use of CapilaPlus, operated by Arman Tose'e Electronic Parseh. Please also read our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines.

Eligibility and account responsibility
You must meet the applicable minimum age and consent requirements in your region. Our intended minimum age is 12, but local requirements may be higher. Keep your account credentials secure and provide accurate information. Do not impersonate another person.
Your content
You remain responsible for the content you submit and for having the rights to share it. You permit CapilaPlus to store, process, display, and deliver that content as necessary to operate the features you use. Respect copyright, privacy, and the rights of others.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for illegal activity, harassment, exploitation, hateful conduct, spam, fraud, or distribution of harmful files. Do not manipulate engagement, evade moderation, or interfere with platform security. See our Community Guidelines for reporting instructions.
Advertisements and points
Advertisements are subject to review and applicable platform rules. Advertisers are responsible for their claims, media, and destination links. Eligible engagement may earn points under the rules shown in the app. Duplicate or invalid activity may be excluded or reversed. Current points do not guarantee cash redemption or income. Pricing and payment terms must be presented before any future paid purchase.
Moderation and availability
We may review reports, restrict content, or suspend accounts for violations, subject to applicable law. Features may change or be interrupted. No uninterrupted availability is promised. Your statutory consumer rights are not excluded by these terms.
